To be able to monitor live workout data, you need to make sure that:
- Swimtraxx Team is open on your tablet.
- Your tablet is within range, we suggest maximum 15 meters away from the monitored Swimtraxx One. But we have seen ranges of up to 50m, depending on the swimming pool's environment.
- The swimmer's Swimtraxx One and/or account is registered to your tablet.
- The swimmer's Swimtraxx One is in workout mode.
- Your swimmer is being tracked via Swimtraxx Team (if so, you should see it in your Swimtraxx Team dashboard)
To ensure a stable connection, Swimtraxx One should be out of the water. Typically, data starts flowing in immediately after arriving at the wall.
